Knife attach in eastern Japan leaves at least 19 dead and 26 injured

TOKYO, July 26 — A blade using man assaulted an office for the incapacitated in eastern Japan's Kanagawa prefecture early Tuesday, leaving no less than 19 individuals kicked the bucket and 26 others harmed, said police.

The 26-year old blade assault suspect, named Satoshi Uematsu, turned himself in at the Tsukui Police Station around 3 a.m. Tuesday admitting to the assault, said police.
